§ 01  —  PRACTICE

A pharmaceutical house
with a single obsession —
the delivery layer.

Most therapeutic actives already exist. What has held medicine back is the vehicle — the foam, the gel, the film — that carries a molecule across the stratum corneum without irritating what it touches. Xhealth is built around that single problem, worked from three angles.

A · IN-LICENSE

Trusted molecules,
globally sourced.

We partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers on four continents to bring long-proven actives to the markets that need them most — with the paperwork, stability data and pharmacovigilance to match.

↳ 11 registered products
B · FORMULATE

A 3,500 m² lab,
one obsession.

Our in-house formulation team specialises in complex topical vehicles: polysaccharide gels, permeation-enhanced foams, film-forming lacquers, eutectic sprays and long-residence creams tuned for scalp, nail, mucosa and inflamed skin.

↳ 6 vehicle platforms
C · SOURCE & DISTRIBUTE

Both ways across
partner markets.

We supply our own products through a specialty channel of dermatology clinics, hospital pharmacies and specialist retailers — and, in the same markets, import premium dermatology brands from trusted partners, with medical education and pharmacovigilance built in.

MPS skin hydration study
STUDY 001  ·  MUCOPOLYSACCHARIDE POLYSULFATE

Why MPS holds water — and
why the dermis notices.

Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate (MPS) is a semi-synthetic glycosaminoglycan — a long, sulphated chondroitin backbone with dense hydrogen-bonding surfaces. Applied topically, it pulls water into the outermost dermis and stimulates endogenous hyaluronate synthesis, restoring viscoelasticity to skin that has lost it.

Over five decades of clinical use, MPS creams have been documented for hydration, anti-inflammation, microcirculation and superficial thrombolysis — the pharmacological backbone of Hirudiox®.

The physics of a foam that doesn't drip

Why fast-breaking foams outperform creams for scalp penetration — surface tension, evaporation kinetics and the humble Xcare 5% cassette.

Melasma is not a stain — it's a disease

A 2025 JAAD consensus reframes melasma as a chronic dermatosis. What that means for hydroquinone, triple-combination therapy and long-term maintenance.
